Not bad, but the tentacle could have less drawings so there's more snap to it, like a rubber band. On the way back, there would probably be a drawing where the tentacle would squish like an accordion before stretching back out to its original shape. You might also animate the tentacle, pupils, and arm on separate layers so they don't all move for the exact same length of time. It'd look more natural that way.
